Reduce costs by 30% or more.
Knowing the costs and where to cut them is what we're about. There are many ways in which to reduce costs, but unless you know what they are they
go untapped. When we say "reduce costs by 30%", it's an average. Of the products and services listed in the tabs above, the savings vary. Ad
specialties for instance can be as high as 50%, while commercial printing may be only 20%. It depends on who you currently use as your vendor.
Printing has come to be considered like a commodity, although it is a truly custom process. As well, the printing industry lacks continuity and
consistency. For example: One printing company has all state-of-the-art equipment in place, which comes with a high price. Therefore they need to
charge more than the printer down the street who has older, but paid for equipment. You're going to get the same finished product from both, it's just
that the second printer can charge far less since he doesn't have $50,000 a month equipment notes, which someone has to pay for. Guess who?
Digital printing is another product that has pricing all over the place. This is sometimes due to the cost of the equipment. In other cases it's simply the
sales person giving you pricing based on what they think they can get from you. Digital color printing can cost as little as ten cents per page, and in
some cases even less.
For screen printing the savings can be 30-40% or higher. Again in part this depends on who your current vendor may be. Are you paying set up fees?
File prep fees? Are tee shirts or other wearables part of your marketing efforts? If they are this is another area to realize savings. If they're not, maybe
you'll want to add them.
Embroidery is like screen printing. Knowing who has the right equipment and having the ability to buy wholesale makes this a place to save money
as well.
For large format graphics we receive rates that are about half of the retail sales price. Signs for trade shows, window graphics and many other
applications are available at a savings as well.
Reduce staffing expenses.
If your company has substantial print and graphics budgets, then you likely employ people to handle these tasks. In essence, you're paying someone
to spend your money. Typically they will receive multiple quotes from vendors for each project, and choose the best one. But do they know what the
real costs are? Do they know where and how to save money? Some do, most don't. (The "sales" person from the vendor isn't going to tell you how to
reduce costs, that's counter to their objective, which is to maximize profit from customers.)
Our objective is to save you money, it's how we earn our keep. Hiring us would allow you to eliminate salaries and costs attributed to procurement by
moving staff to income generating roles, or simply eliminating the position altogether. How much would you save if you eliminated just one
salaried position(with the cost of benefits) in addition to 30% savings on your purchases?
30 years of experience, knowledge and expertise.
In addition to the savings in staff, you can also be assured that we have more experience, knowledge and expertise than your staff. We're not
bragging, it's just a statement of fact. We have over 30 years of experience across almost all aspects of print, including commercial printing, screen
printing, advertising specialties, large format graphics and others. Chances are that your current staff does not posses that level of experience.
We know the true costs.
Ever wonder what it really costs to produce something? Given this is our industry, we know the costs, and depending on the product or service, they
can be as little as 30-40% of the price you pay.
Greater buying power.
As one company you wield less purchasing clout than if you were one of ten companies in the same purchasing pool. Pretty basic. If we approach a
vendor with $20,000 in annual purchases we're not getting any breaks or preferential treatment, but if we're standing there with $200,000 in
business, we're a more highly valued client who gets better service and pricing.
We are industry professionals working for you.
All of the above is summed up here. We know how things work, what things cost, where to get the things you need, all while reducing your costs. It's
almost like insider trading... You now have someone from the "sales" side working on your behalf and ensuring you're getting the right product,
quality and service, at a reduced cost.
Our income is derived from your savings.
When you add up the savings on purchases and the savings in staff expenses it becomes clear that you can save a substantial amount. From that
savings is where we earn our living.
Let's say you spent $75,000 last year on printing and marketing. Add in the employee expense and you're well over $100,000. If we saved you just
30% on your purchases alone that would be $22,500. Would paying us $600 a month save you money? Yes, about $15,000, and don't forget the
employee expense.
So you get savings, experience, knowledge and expertise with no employee salary and benefits. There's no catch. It's simple really, hire a
professional procurement specialist, save money, save employee expense, build your business and your bottom line.
